Where are you based and do you travel?
We live in Centurion, South Africa. We have photographed weddings all over the country, and now are pleased to announce that we are available for weddings world-wide! We are always up for a new adventure so if you have a destination in mind, be sure to let us know and we’ll be there! Destination weddings require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, we always try to find the most cost-efficient way to come because we're simply passionate about traveling!
How many pictures will we receive?
We deliver a minimum of 600-800 high-res edited photos from your wedding! We don't have a 'limit' to what we deliver - every single good photograph will be edited and delivered to you. Every image that you receive has been individually edited by us and we value quality work and attention to detail.
When will we get our photos?
A full sneak peak gallery of over 150+ edits is sent off within 3-7 days from your wedding day. Thereafter, you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within about 3-4 months after your wedding day. You can download all the photos from the gallery and also share them with friends + family. We also have a built-in print store for ordering all your faves to hang on the wall!
Do you offer meetings, and can we call you if we have questions?
OF COURSE! If you would like to chat with us, or even just get a ‘feel’ for us, we can totally set up an online call or meet up for a coffee and answer any questions you might have for us. Upon booking us, we offer all our couples the option of having a Whatsapp group - this way you can share any ideas, inspo or plans you have for your special day! We are here every step of the way to make your dream wedding a reality!
Do you help couples create their wedding day timeline?
ABSOLUTELY! We are here to help you plan your wedding every step of the way. We will set up an hour session closer to your wedding date to discuss all the nitty gritties of your wedding day. From there, we create a detailed timeline that is completely unique for all our couples and is tailored to your needs and priorities!
What happens if we need to change our wedding date?
Should you need to postpone your wedding date subject to our availability, a small rebooking fee will apply. More details pertaining to postponements is outlined in our contract.
Do you offer videography?
YES! GIAMO Visuals is our film company. We offer special discounts if you book our photo and video packages together!
Should we do an engagement shoot?
We’re all about documenting connection and engagement shoots help us in establishing that connection. Not only this, but it gets you guys comfortable around the camera and breaks the ice between you guys and us! We would highly recommend doing one!
What happens if it rains?
Rainy days aren’t as bad as you might think – in fact, they can make for some of the most dramatic, beautiful, and romantic photographs. If it rains on your wedding day, it’s a good omen too - they say it's harder to untie a wet knot! We have photographed hundreds of weddings in all sorts of weather conditions, environments, and situations, so don’t stress, we’ll still create some beautiful photos!
Do you give out RAW/unedited images?
Almost every photographer will tell you no on this. And just like them, unfortunately, we don’t either. Editing is a huge part of each photographer’s style; a RAW image is like a blank canvas that needs to be painted. It’s an unfinished artwork, and so to give out unedited RAWs wouldn’t be the complete artwork (or product and service) that you paid us to deliver. We deliver a MINIMUM of 600 high-res edited photos per wedding, so you won’t lose out on any special moments!
